Jelly Beans Bristol Staff

Rachel Hollingbery, Manager

As a mum of 3, I was always looking for something new and exciting to bring my children along to when they were little. Jack in a Box was one of the activities that they all enjoyed and got so much out of. So when I heard Kate was retiring, I jumped at the chance to become her successor.

Having worked for Water Babies, as an Instructor, for a number of years I decided it was time for a new chapter in my life and Jelly Beans came along at just the right time.

I am really excited to be starting something new and wondering where it will take me…

I really hope you will join us and be part of the new adventure!

Donna Parker, Children’s Play Leader

From the age of 3 until adulthood I danced. I have an extensive knowledge and understanding of movement and strength training.

My life has always been filled with the enjoyment of being active. I believe physical activity is essential for both adults and children. Physical activity aids social ability as well as physical ability, boosting confidence and energising children.

As a mother of 3 I have a good understanding and love of working with young children. I am so excited to be working with you and your children at Jelly Beans.

Rebecca Rawlinson, Children’s Play Leader

I am Rebecca,  a mum of a busy toddler who always enjoyed coming along to Jack in a Box and is excited to start with Jelly Beans.

I thoroughly enjoy working with children, and have experience as a Primary and Nursery Teacher.

I particularly appreciate working with preschoolers due to their curiosity and boundless energy!

Amy Speirs, Children’s Play Leader

I have built years of experience in both infant and pre school care. As well as being a mum of two.

I was brought up with three siblings and participated fully in their sporting and social lives.

I am fully qualified in sports and childcare studies. I have a broad experience in both looking after and motivating young children and greatly looking forward to supporting Rachel in this wonderful opportunity.

Alice Wedge, Children’s Play Leader

As well as being a previous Jack-in-a- Box attendee I am also a qualified teacher with an early years specialism and about 15 years of experience working with young children. Some of you may recognise me from Elmlea where I work as a supply teacher!
For me movement and physical activity are all about building confidence, self esteem and resilience.
Physical fitness and a love of movement are an added bonus!
My aim is to make Jelly Beans a joyful and positive experience where children can learn how amazing their bodies are!
I look forward to meeting you.
